High Speed Paper Corrugation Machine - Oblique type heavy duty bearing mounted machine this is one of popular among that machine for achieving high production in terms of 2 ply board or roll. Paper 2ply board is produced by rewinder provided in front of corrugation machine. Machine is consisting of heavy duty structure CI casting frames for absorbing vibration of running machine. One set of flute roll is mounted on bearings for smooth motion and this machine also called as single profile single facer corrugation machine. Flute rolls are made from EN series raw material forged rolls same way other rollers are too made from forged alloy steel for longer life of roll give machine to run at required gsm and bf of paper. AC drives with heavy duty helical gear box for easy power transmission from prime motor to machine rolls. Hydraulic paper reel stand jumbo type offered with machine for carrying paper mill roll of heavy duty and big diameter. SS tubular heaters have been given for heating source for producing flute formation. Auto heater controller with timer is cooperated with machine. Finger is used in this machine for support to 2 ply boards to bond. The machine is provided with gum tray movement device, which becomes operational when gum unit is disengaged from rollers. Steam shower is provided for perfect formation of flutes and centralized lubrication. The maximum output with steam heating is approximately 300 Feet per minute.
