This Machine is also known as Chain Slotter Creaser and Corner Cutting Machine which is used to get unmatched Quality Shape Boxes with large Production. It is designed to minimise the operation and to get Slot, Crease and Corner Cutting together in One Pass.
The Feeding Table with Chain Feeding System is provided for Accurate Board Feeding to the Machine with Chain Stopper.
There are 16 sets of Slotting Blades installed in arc form, for making Slots on Board and One Corner Cutting Blade. Creasers are also provided to make crease on the board. Side cutting cutters are provided for perfect shape edge box to produce sharp boarder. 2 side gauges are provided for movement of sheet for accurate sheet feeding.
Motorised Machine which moves Blades in required direction from the control panel. Heavy Structure MS Plates Walls with Suitable compound gear box is provided for circular movement of shafts. Electric motor with AC Drive Control Panel box provided for easy access to the operator.
Some essential functions like Counter Digital Meter can be operated by Control Panel. While, some of the operations need to be done manually like setting of pressure. Suitable Gear Box is installed for such operations.
Further Pre-Feeder Machine is also available on extra charges to reduce manual work and labour expenses.
