This flute laminator machine is very useful for feeding 2 ply sheets to make 3 ply board and 5 ply board. For Graphic user purpose this is one of the best machines to produce 4 color offset boxes in 3 and 5 ply. Automatic feeding is use to feed top paper and bottom sheet simultaneously which makes more accurate lamination. Front positioning is too accurate which avoid bottom sheet exceeding the top sheet and adjustable fore and left lamination. The minimum top paper gsm must be 160 gsm which is most successful for bonding to 3 and 5 ply board. Main advantage of this machine is high production and glue will be applied on flute tip which make board good in stiffness. Most idle and versatile for A/B/C/D/E flute corrugated cardboard and corrugated cardboard to corrugated cardboard.
