Fully Automatic Corrugators Line is the set of machines developed by our skilled technicians to meet such demands. This set consists of several number of machines together in one line for producing 3 and 5 ply board on fully automatic way. The reason behind making quality board is using "Steam" as heating media. Yeah, off course... that plays major role to achieve required board strength and stiffness.

This line consists Single Facer Fingerless Machines, Pre Heaters, Pre Conditioners, Shower System to provide Moisture on paper or board, Duplex Pre Heaters, Duplex Gluer, Shaft Less Mill Roll Stand for Carrying Big Size Paper Reel and Heavy Reels, Web Linear at top of Bridge to guide 2 Ply Board to move forward with synchronising ahead to Double Facer after passing from Duplex Gluer (Digital Control) and Duplex Pre Heaters to Double Facer.

Double facers have several Hot Plates & Cooling section length depending upon the speed of machine for bonding to get perfect 3 or 5 ply boards. Double Facer Machine is incorporated with cotton felt for pressing board to make it flat board and straight with pull roll at end. Finally 3 or 5 ply board is passed from Thin Blades Slitter Scorer Machine for height trimming, side cutting and creasing simultaneously. NO of ups of box sizes can be slit together and NC cut machine makes the length cutting to required size which have servo system to get board cutting accurately & board stacker machine collect board. Steam boiler is widely used for steam to pass on several machine cylinders and pressure vessels.
